The swimming event starts with a rolling start from the Évian-les-Bains Nautical Base, providing athletes with a smooth and controlled launch. Before the race, the main pool is available for warm-up, and changing rooms and restrooms are also provided for optimal preparation!
The course includes an Australian exit, adding dynamism to the race before diving back in for the second half. The swim finish is located in front of the Palais Lumière, an exceptional setting where spectators can follow the athletes on foot and cheer them on throughout the final stretch.
CYCLING
90KM
Welcome to a route that doesn't do things by halves! 90 km through the magnificent landscapes of the Pays de Gavot, with 1,800 m of elevation gain to really get your legs burning. Between demanding climbs, exhilarating descents, and breathtaking panoramas, this route has everything to leave a lasting impression… and a sore quad!

Time barriers for cycling
Each participant must have started the cycling course before 12:10 (1 hour 10 minutes of racing).
RUNNING
21.1KM
The final stretch, and a challenging one at that! This half-marathon runs alongside Lake Geneva, offering breathtaking views of the Swiss shore on one side and the historic monuments of Évian-les-Bains on the other. A unique setting for a memorable final race, where every stride brings you a little closer to your goal!

One aid station only, with two passes per loop: 400m, 1.8km, 6.7km, 8.1km, 13km, 14.4km, 19.3km, 20.7km
Time barriers for running
Each participant must have:
Started the running course before 5:10pm (6h10 of running).
Crossed the finish line before 8:10pm (9h10 race).
