The swimming event starts with a rolling start from the Évian-les-Bains Nautical Base, providing athletes with a smooth and controlled launch. Before the race, the main pool is available for warm-up, and changing rooms and restrooms are also provided for optimal preparation!

The 750m swim in Lake Geneva is underway, with the finish line opposite the Palais Lumière, right in front of the spectators. They can follow the athletes on foot and cheer them on until the transition, creating an atmosphere worthy of the Évian Triathlon!

CYCLING

 20KM (350 D+)

No false flats here, it's straight uphill!

After the swim, it's time for a 20km bike ride with 350m of elevation gain, through the hills above Évian-les-Bains and scenery that's well worth the effort. A challenging but stunning route, where every pedal stroke brings you a little closer to the transition!

Time barriers for cycling

Each participant must have started the cycling course before 2:45 pm (45 min race).

RUNNING

5KM

Final strides, final adrenaline rush! This 5km course runs along the quays of Évian in an electrifying atmosphere, fueled by the energy of the spectators. A perfect finish to cap off a memorable sporting weekend!

Liquid and solid food supplies

  • a single aid station, with two passes per loop: 400m, 1.8km

Time barriers for running

Each participant must have:

  • Started the running course before 4pm (2 hours of running).

  • Crossed the finish line before 4:40pm (2h40 race).
