CYCLING

180KM (3800M D+)

With an impressive bike course, its 3800m of positive elevation gain already places the Evian Triathlon among the most intense, especially with the Col de la Ramaz, its tunnels and its difficult slopes! And that's not all, the Col du Corbier appears on the course a little late and will act as a judge of peace for the bike part. To compensate for the necessary efforts, the panorama of Champeillant in the Pays du Gavot will accompany the triathletes throughout the race.

Please note : each bicycle must have lights at the front and rear (when crossing tunnels).

Here are the time limits on the bike, each participant must:

  • have started the bike course before 9:05 a.m. (2h05 of race)

  • have passed the Col de Saxel before 11:30 a.m. (4h30 of racing)

  • have passed the Col de la Ramaz before 1:45 p.m. (6h45 of race)

  • have passed the Col du Corbier before 4:45 p.m. (9h15 of race)

RUNNING

42,195KM

To finish the effort, the running course will pass through the symbolic places of the city while running along the quays of Lake Geneva: the Palais Lumière, the Place Rouge, the Port, the Base Nautique and the Evian Headquarters.

Please note : the running route passes through areas that are poorly lit at the end of the day; each participant must have a headlamp.

Here are the time limits for the running race, each participant must:

  • have started the running course before 7:15 p.m. (12h15 of race)

  • having passed km 14, or two loops, before 8:25 p.m. (13h25 of  race)

  • having passed km 28, or two loops, before 10:20 p.m. (15h20 of race)

  • have crossed the finish line before 11:45 p.m. (16h45 of race)
