• I go back to my profile and press “resend confirmation email” • I check that I am on the email address with which I registered • I check spam If I still cannot find my registration confirmation, I send an email to infoevian@triathlonevian.com (mailto:infoevian@triathlonevian.com)with the following information: name, first name and email address used during registration.

• I check that my card balance is sufficient • If possible, I try with another credit card • I check that my internet connection is optimal If I still cannot arrive, I contact the organization at the following email address infoevian@triathlonevian.com(mailto:infoevian@triathlonevian.com)

It is possible to change course under certain conditions. • For a cheaper race : I send an email to the organization infoevian@triathlonevian.com but I note that no refund will be made. For a more expensive race: I send an email to the organization at infoevian@triathlonevian.com (mailto:infoevian@triathlonevian.com)who will take care of the change of course. Please note, I may have to pay the price difference. Once payment is made, my new registration is validated and I will automatically receive a confirmation email.

I go to my registration form and click on modify my registration. For more specific changes, I contact the organization at infoevian@triathlonevian.com(mailto:infoevian@triathlonevian.com)

The organization will not allow any transfer of registration!

• If I have subscribed to cancellation insurance: I return to my runner profile. By clicking on this link I arrive on the registration page where I put my email address with which I registered as well as the reservation code that I find on the registration confirmation. • PLEASE NOTE: cancellation insurance can only be taken out at the time of registration and until September 15, 2024. For more details, I read the regulations • If I have not taken out cancellation insurance at the time of registration, the costs incurred will not be reimbursed to me.
