RunMotion Coach: the leading French online coaching service

Based in the Alps and founded by top-level coaches and runners, RunMotion Coach has over 1 million users. Initially focused on running, the app now offers personalized training plans for triathlons, including cycling and swimming.

You can benefit from a structured training program up to one year before your race , with sessions tailored to your goals and terrain (city, mountain, trail). The app allows you to schedule:
- Up to 7 running workouts per week
- 2 swimming sessions (endurance, technique, intensity)
- 2 cycling sessions (endurance, strength)
- 2 physical preparation sessions

The Premium subscription includes a plan recalculated weekly based on your fitness level and availability, as well as advice on nutrition, mental and physical preparation.

Compatible with Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Coros, Wahoo GPS watches, Apple Watch and the Strava app.
