  • WHERE DO I SIGN
    Registrations are now open: https://www.njuko.net/triathlon-d-evian-2024/select_competition
  • I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY REGISTRATION FORM
    Contact us by email at infoevian@triathlonevian.com with the subject line: FORM PROBLEM , attaching a screenshot of the problem encountered as well as a detailed description.
  • I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
    I go back to my profile and press “resend confirmation email” I check that I am on the email address with which I registered I check spam If I still cannot find my registration confirmation, I send an email to infoevian@triathlonevian.com with the following information: name, first name and email address used during registration.
  • I ENCOUNTERED A PAYMENT PROBLEM DURING MY REGISTRATION
    I check that my card balance is sufficient If possible, I try with another credit card I check that my internet connection is optimal If I still cannot arrive, I contact the organization at the following email address infoevian@triathlonevian.com
  • I WANT TO CHANGE MY RACE
    It is possible to change course under certain conditions. For a cheaper race : I send an email to the organization infoevian@triathlonevian.com but I note that no refund will be made. For a more expensive race: I send an email to the organization at infoevian@triathlonevian.com who will take care of the change of course. Please note, I may have to pay the price difference. Once payment is made, my new registration is validated and I will automatically receive a confirmation email.
  • I WANT TO CHECK/CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION
    I go to my registration form and press modify my registration. For more specific changes such as the name on the bib, I contact the organization at infoevian@triathlonevian.com
  • I WANT TO TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION
    The organization will not allow any transfer of registration!
  • I WANT TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION
    If I have subscribed to cancellation insurance: I return to my runner profile. By clicking on this link I arrive on the registration page where I put my email address with which I registered as well as the reservation code that I find on the registration confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: cancellation insurance can only be taken out at the time of registration and until September 15, 2024. For more details, I read the regulations If I have not taken out cancellation insurance at the time of registration, the costs incurred will not be reimbursed to me.
  • DOES THE ENTIRE RELAY TEAM HAVE TO BE PRESENT AT BIB COLLECTION?
    As part of a relay race, the presence of all team members is not mandatory when collecting bibs. The team member present collects all the items given when collecting the bibs and is responsible for giving them to their teammates.
  • CAN A FRIEND COLLECT MY BIB FOR ME?
    Collection of your bib by a friend is possible as long as you give them a copy of your identity document and your collection voucher. Without identification, no bib can be issued.
  • HOW DO I COLLECT MY BIB DURING THE TRIATHLON VILLAGE?
    I must present an identity document and my withdrawal voucher (received by email) printed or on my phone.
  • DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE?
    This year the medical certificate is no longer necessary. It has been replaced by a “health information” form that you will have to complete when registering if you are not licensed.
  • WHERE CAN I RENT A SUIT FOR COMPETITION?
    Rent your swimsuit with Zoggs/Head. For more information, contact k.tonnerre@zoggs.com .
